About us

An Arabic academy for networking and Cisco certification training

CISORA Academy was founded for one reason: so that Arabic-speaking learners can find a structured path in their own language, with someone to ask when they get stuck. Technical content has been available to everyone for years — but structure and follow-up are what most people who start and then stop are missing.

We teach the current global Cisco Networking Academy curriculum, online and live, in three evening sessions a week that suit students and working professionals across Jordan and the Gulf.

Who teaches you

Certified instructors who qualify instructors

Any technical course is worth exactly as much as the person standing in front of you. Our instructors are Cisco certified, and their work is not limited to training learners — it includes qualifying other instructors and preparing them for accreditation, the highest rung on the accredited training ladder.

Official Cisco accreditation

Teaching within the Cisco Networking Academy programme is not granted to just anyone. An instructor goes through a formal qualification and accreditation path, and must renew that accreditation with every update to the global curriculum.

Training the trainers

Our instructors are qualified to train new instructors and prepare them for official accreditation. Anyone trusted to qualify instructors necessarily knows the material to its depth, not just to the limits of a lesson.

Field experience, not theory

The gap between someone who has read the curriculum and someone who has worked on real networks shows at the first question that falls outside the book. Our teaching is built on real situations: outages that happened, decisions that were taken, mistakes that cost.

After the course

Where this path takes you

Networking is not a field closed in on itself — it is the ground most technology careers stand on today. This is the usual career ladder, and what branches off it.

  1. START

    Technical support · Help Desk

The best known entry point into the IT market. You deal with user faults and their devices, and build your first diagnostic instinct.

  2. AFTER CCNA

    Network support · NOC

You move from user devices to the network itself: monitoring, responding to faults, and making supervised changes. This is where the real difference in title and income begins.

  3. WITH EXPERIENCE

    Network Administrator

You run the network yourself: address planning, segmentation, permissions, configuration backups and documenting the infrastructure.

  4. SENIOR

    Network Engineer

You design, not just operate: choosing the architecture, sizing capacity, planning growth, connecting branches, and dealing with performance and bottlenecks.

  5. BRANCH

    Cybersecurity

Network security is the natural door into cybersecurity. Someone who understands how a packet travels understands how it is intercepted — which is why many security analysts start in networking.

  6. BRANCH

    Cloud computing

The cloud does not remove the network, it moves it into a virtual environment: subnets, route tables, security groups and gateways. Anyone who does not know the network stumbles on their first cloud design.

  7. BRANCH

    Automation and AI

AI systems run on top of enormous infrastructure, and their performance is decided by how data moves between nodes. Network automation through APIs has become a required skill in every modern operations team.

Why we start here

The network is the layer you cannot skip

You can learn cloud, security or AI with no networking background — up to a point. At the first real outage, or the first design that needs a decision, the difference shows between someone who understands what happens under the layer and someone who has memorised the buttons above it. That is why CCNA has stayed in demand for twenty years while everything around it changed.
